The features of our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process support an effective intervention service.

An effective Third-Party capture process requires contacting the Third-Party quickly and ideally before the end of the FNOL call. We can then offer intervention services to the non-fault third party efficiently and effectively into the repair and mobility provider(s).

We do not encourage claims that would not ordinarily have been pursued.
