Serious & Catastrophic Injury Team

Our team has built up a network of specialist experts

Carpenters Group has a dedicated and highly respected Serious and Catastrophic injury team to support you and your family, providing specialist knowledge and advice in complex cases and fatal accidents. We conduct litigation for high-value complex cases, and our experience and expertise include technical cases involving brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, pain syndromes, multiple fracture and fatality cases.

We understand that serious injuries are almost certainly life-changing events for the victims and the people closest to them, often resulting in a permanent change to their quality of life. Serious injuries by nature are very traumatic and need to be handled with care and expertise, we understand that money alone won’t solve all the problems that our clients face.

We work to ensure every aspect of their rehabilitation and adjustment to their new circumstances or on-going care is facilitated. We build very close relationships with our clients and their families that goes beyond just legal representation, to ensure they have full support and guidance during a traumatic and confusing time.

Here is an example of the work we do with one of our partners, Headway

Our Serious and Catastrophic Injury Team is one of the largest in the UK. The team are members of the Headway UK approved Solicitor Panel, the UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Motor Accident Solicitors Society. Our lawyers are also trustees and volunteers for local branches of Headway as well as supporting Road Peace and Brake the Road Safety Charity.
