Our claims handlers are flexible to undertake full claims handling or conduct specific categories of claims management, including AD claims handling, third-party intervention and management, credit hire, recoveries, fraud and personal injury claims.

Working closely with our insurer clients, we adopt their strategies focusing on looking after the customer, reducing indemnity spend and, where necessary, identifying and challenging suspected fraudulent cases.
