Kevin joined Carpenters in 2023 having worked for 15 years at a large defendant practice.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, Kevin has worked exclusively in the Defendant Insurance arena and has experience of dealing with complex claims often involving a suspected fraudulent element; a particular career highlight was giving evidence in the Royal Courts of Justice on a committal application ultimately leading to a custodial sentence being handed down to a fraudster whose case Kevin had previously had struck out following a 2 day hearing.
Kevin has significant experience of operations having been the Operational Lead on a large insurer account for a number of years. This role involved the successful day to day management of the contract, monitoring performance and trends, managing resource and implementing strategies and initiatives to deliver outstanding results and savings to the client.
Outside of work, Kevin is kept busy by his two children but enjoys dining out, travel and following his local football team; for his sins, he is a keen supporter of Sheffield United.
