Who are we?
Carpenters Group are a leading provider of insurance and legal services in the UK. We work in partnership with insurers, brokers and Managing General Agents (MGA’s) to deliver a variety of fully outsourced claims solutions. Our team has grown to 1500 employees across seven offices throughout the UK. We have sites in Liverpool, Birkenhead, Leeds, Haywards Heath, Manchester and Glasgow.

A few words from our Owner/Director, Donna Scully
“How can Carpenters Group be 30 years old? It seems like John and I blinked and it happened. It’s certainly a moment to stop, take stock and look back on how far we’ve come in that time.
Did we know we’d grow so big, expand to so many offices or carry out such a wide range of work when we started as a niche law firm? No way!
What we were clear on is the type of values and culture we wanted in our business, how we wanted to provide a quality personal service to our customers, and we really wanted our people to enjoy working with us.
Fast forward 30 years and we have so much to be thankful for. Our DEI and social mobility record. Our people and their hard work and commitment. Our continued values led culture that has endured during huge growth. And, the immense teamwork that makes us who we at Carpenters are.
