Carpenters Group joins MGAA

Carpenters Group, the legal firm providing third-party claims services to insurers, brokers and MGAs, has joined the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) as a Supplier Member.

The partnership will ensure that members of the MGAA have access to Carpenters’ unique and best-in-class fully outsourced claims services.  Encompassing FNOL claims handling, to TPA services through to a comprehensive Defendant litigation capability to trial, services which Carpenters Group have successfully operated for over a decade.

As MGAs get to grips with the new demands placed upon them by the implementation of the Civil Liability Act, it is more important than ever to have the right team and expertise in place to provide guidance and support. Carpenters Group’s ability to provide fully outsourced claims services means that MGAs can be confident in their claims functions. Additionally, Carpenters Group’s Defendant legal teams are there to support MGAs when they are contesting claims involving their policyholders through to trial.

Carpenters Group will also be providing MGAA members with emergent analysis and thought leadership through their experience of being one of the UK's leading providers of legal services.
