Carpenters Group strengthens insurer services with Head of Defence appointment

Carpenters Group, the insurer claims service and legal firm, has appointed Faye Fishlock to lead its legal defence services and strengthen the offering available to insurers.

Faye joins from DAC Beachcroft, where she was Head of Motor Claims Handling and Motor Injury.

As Head of Defendant Services, Faye will be responsible for growing Carpenters Group’s defendant services and leading strategy in this area.  Her focus will be on delivering innovative and effective solutions to the challenges faced by the insurance industry, ensuring that the individual customer remains at the centre of the process and that the insurer’s brand is protected.

With almost 20 years’ experience, Faye is well known and respected in the area of motor claims and has a strong record in achieving results, such as reducing indemnity spend”.

Faye will lead Carpenters Group’s defendant motor, casualty, credit hire, fraud, property and serious injury teams.  She has a market leading reputation and specialises in the defence of chronic pain, vulnerable road user and fatal claims.

Faye is an experienced public speaker and has been a panellist and speaker at various industry events on key issues, most recently the Whiplash Reforms.  She is also an alumni of the ABI Future Leader programme.

In her spare time, Faye enjoys spending time with her family, running, horse-riding, watching rugby and the antics of her wire-haired dachshund, Ginny.
