Carpenters Group strengthens its approach to Corporate Responsibility with new lead

Carpenters Group has appointed Eloise Sochanik as its new Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity Lead to consolidate the company’s impressive history of corporate giving and philanthropy. The appointment will also build on the strong ethos of inclusion and gender equality, accelerating positive change across the business.
Eloise will lead Carpenters’ Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, working with the Executive team to increase the firm’s capacity to deliver on its social, environmental and diversity objectives. This will include supporting existing partnerships such as Carpenters’ involvement with The Inclusive Hub and #10000BlackInterns as well as developing new policies and projects to support this agenda. Carpenters Group CEO, Donna Richards, said:

Eloise has 13 years’ experience in Corporate Responsibility and joins Carpenters Group from Horwich Farrelly having also worked at The Carbon Neutral Company (now Natural Capital Partners), not-for-profit Positive Impact and business-led membership body Business in the Community. She is also the current co-Chair for the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) North West Hub.
