Carpenters Group strengthens Operations Board with Head of Business Implementation appointment

Carpenters Group, the insurance claims service and legal firm, has appointed Stuart Hancock as its new Head of Business Implementation.

Stuart re-joins the business from DWF where he was a Director, after having previously worked for Carpenters Group between 2002 and 2012.

He studied law at Sheffield Hallam University before embarking on his career in law and working his way through the ranks at various businesses to more senior roles.

Donna Richards, CEO of Carpenters Group said: “It is fantastic that Stuart will be re-joining us after 10 years away from the business! He brings with him a wealth of skills and experience that will see him succeed in his new role and as part of our Operations Board.”

Stuart said: “I am delighted to be returning to my spiritual home at Carpenters Group for a new challenge and a new adventure. It’s a pleasure to be working with colleagues old and new and I can’t wait to get going.”

Stuart intends to improve the customer and operational process by working collaboratively with the senior leadership team and our clients to further improve the customer experience.

In his spare time, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, walking the dog and following his favourite sports; football, golf and boxing.
