Employee Recognition Awards - Congratulations!

Last week saw us celebrate our Employee Recognition Awards, huge congratulations to all of those nominated and the winners.

Our annual awards are about celebrating the achievements and hard work of our colleagues who live our values and inspire others.

All colleagues were given the opportunity to nominate a current employee in six of the seven categories below.

Exceptional Support to Others Award - This colleague is someone who continually goes above and beyond to support their fellow colleagues.

Employee Recognition Award – Insurance Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.

Winner: Lauren Baines 

Positive Impact Award - This colleague is committed to making Carpenters Group an inclusive and positive place to be. Actively promotes and supports business initiatives, particularly around diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, retention and development.

Employee Recognition Award – Legal Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.

Winner: Sean Bresnahan

‘Thanks!’ Award -This colleague will have received nominations on our intranet ‘Thanks!’ platform or through internal feedback from colleagues or clients. Likely to be someone who has gone above and beyond and has been recognised as having done so.

Winner: Matt Williams

Employee Recognition Award – Professional Support Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.
