We are very proud to announce that the Carpenters Group Employee Recognition Awards ARE BACK!
Our annual awards are about celebrating the achievements and hard work of our colleagues who live our values and inspire others.
All colleagues were given the opportunity to nominate a current employee in six of the seven categories below, providing the nominee fits the criteria.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us why their colleague was worthy of an Employee Recognition Award, we were so impressed by how many fantastic nominations there were, and we could have had so many finalists, but the winners must be chosen…..
The top nominees in each category are invited, along with a colleague of their choice, to an exclusive awards evening and dinner at: ONE FINE DAY, Liverpool City Centre, Thursday 28th April 2022 at 7pm.
The categories
Exceptional Support to Others Award - This colleague is someone who continually goes above and beyond to support their fellow colleagues.
Nominees: Bobby Jo Doherty, Hannah Kennedy and James McConville
Employee Recognition Award – Insurance Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.
Nominees: Jack Baines, Lauren Baines and Karla Sneade
Positive Impact Award - This colleague is committed to making Carpenters Group an inclusive and positive place to be. Actively promotes and supports business initiatives, particularly around diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, retention and development.
Nominees: Farzana Akhtar, Lauren Dunne, Monisha Ratchford and Kate Shaw
Employee Recognition Award – Legal Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.
Nominees: Sean Bresnahan, Phil Coggins, Adam Daloub and Daniel Smith
‘Thanks!’ Award -This colleague will have received nominations on our intranet ‘Thanks!’ platform or through internal feedback from colleagues or clients. Likely to be someone who has gone above and beyond and has been recognised as having done so.
Nominees: Conal Gallagher, David Walmsley and Matt Williams (Costs)
Employee Recognition Award – Professional Support Services - This colleague delivers exceptional client service (either internally or externally), goes above and beyond for their customer, receives positive feedback from others, is well respected in the team and lives the Carpenters Group values.
Nominees: Iain Conlon, Jamie O'Rourke, Elizabeth Stanton and John Stirrup
