We are very excited to announce that after the huge success of last year’s Champions Awards, we will once again be recognising our deserving colleagues with the Champions Awards 2019.
The Carpenters Group Champion Awards are all about celebrating the successes and hard work of our colleagues and inspiring others to live the Carpenters values.
All colleagues will have the ability to nominate in each of the six categories, providing the nominee fits the criteria. Voting will be available exclusively via Mo (formerly ThanksBox).

The Categories
Charity Champion - Someone who has sacrificed their own personal time to represent the business by participating in and supporting charitable fundraising activities.
Nominees: Debbie Wade, Farzana Akhtar and Matthew Williams.
Insurer Customer Champion - Someone who works hard to deliver the best possible customer journey, always delivers high standards of customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers.
Nominees: Alex Mills, Denya Jackson and Nicola O'Keeffe.
Legal Client Champion - Recognition of an individual’s hard work, dedication and performance within their role, their team and the business.
Nominees: Daniel Smith, Deborah Wainwright and Eileen Lewis.
Colleague’s Colleague - Someone who embodies team work culture, is supportive to other team members, positive and knowledgeable in their role.
Nominees: Caroline Dobson, James McConville and Janine Wood.
Unsung Hero - Recognition of an individual’s hard work, strong team working ethos and working to achieve quality results within internal and external stakeholders.
Nominees: Joanne Stones, Lynsey Roberts and Scott Eves.
Mo Hero – Someone that has gone above and beyond for a colleague or partner and is recognised in an extra special way on Mo.
Nominees: Becky Dilworth, David Walmsley and Shirley Forsyth.
