Our Director, Donna Scully, recently spoke to Modern Insurance Magazine about her hopes for the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards and what she is looking forward to on the night.
Q. As Chair Judge for the fourth consecutive year, what are your expectations of this year’s nominations?
Firstly, I am hugely delighted to be invited back to be Chair of the Judges again and can’t believe this is my fourth time! I love Modern Insurance, Kate & all the gang. They are lovely to work with.
I expect this year we will be so excited to see each other in person, to chat, mingle and dance at the end! We have missed that social interaction so much.
I also anticipate some great entries this year showcasing the flexibility, determination and innovation we have seen across our industry in the pandemic. People rallied, adapted and continued to offer great customer service whilst making sure to support the wellbeing of our employees.
Q. What are you most looking forward to on the night?
I love the look of the new venue and I can’t wait to see you all and to be together to celebrate what is great about our industry!
