Chief Executive Officer of Carpenters Group, Donna Richards leads the Board of Directors and is responsible for the strategic growth, diversification, and operational management of the Group.
With over 30 years’ experience advising the legal sector on strategic and financial matters, Donna previously served as Carpenters’ Chief Financial Officer. Her tenure has been marked by exceptional growth and transformation, driven by a customer-first approach and a commitment to innovation across people, processes, and technology.
Donna strives to ensure that success is delivered for clients, service excellence to customers and opportunities created for colleagues.
Donna’s leadership has been recognised with a Special Recognition Award for ‘Contribution to Gender Diversity’ at the Lead5050 Awards in November 2023.
Outside of work, Donna is a wife, mother, and ‘Nan’, as well as a keen gardener and talented baker - much to the delight of her colleagues and neighbours.
