Richard has worked in the IT arena for 30+ years, with more than 16 of them in top 50 legal businesses. He joined Carpenters Group in 2007 and held a number of positions within IT before his promotion to Head of Technology and Innovation in 2016.
Richard is responsible for the day-to-day service delivery system and software development practices for all business units. An enthusiastic change champion and tech advocate, Richard has overseen the continued growth of systems and services that are part of the continued business success. He nurtures a collaborative approach to the development of new technical solutions which ensures key stakeholder buy-in and provides the perfect forum for the creation of innovative and exciting new services for both our internal and external customers.
Outside the office Richard is a keen motorsport participant, festival goer, an amateur radio operator, dad to two amazing daughters, long-suffering husband and classic VW camper owner.
