As Head of Business Implementation & Services at Carpenters Group, Stuart leads complex, cross functional programmes that strengthen service delivery, optimise operations, and elevate the customer experience.
A Solicitor by qualification, Stuart progressed through a series of increasingly senior roles across leading businesses, re joining Carpenters Group from DWF where he served as a Director, and most recently managed their MI team. This blend of legal training and operational leadership gives Stuart a rare ability to translate strategy into practical improvements that matter to clients and colleagues alike.
In his current remit, Stuart partners closely with senior leadership teams and insurer clients to refine end to end processes, embed strong programme governance and accelerate delivery without disrupting day to day service. He focuses on clear scope definition, risk and benefits management, stakeholder engagement, and data led continuous improvement to ensure change lands well and delivers measurable outcomes.
Stuart originally worked at Carpenters Group between 2002 and 2012, making his return a natural step that has been warmly welcomed given the breadth of skills and experience he brings to the Operations landscape.
