We sat down with Adam Daloub, Legal Operations Manager, to find out more about his team and their impact. Adam shared his views on the success of the team to date, what drives them, and what the future holds.
As Legal Operations Manager at Carpenters Group, I lead a litigation recovery department comprising around 140 legal professionals. We proudly partner with the majority of the UK’s top 10 insurers, as well as other major organisations, delivering large-scale litigation services, strategic recovery solutions, and effective dispute resolution of claims and disputes.

The recoveries department is focused on helping insurer clients and organisations stay profitable by reducing their capital exposure and debt positions. Our litigation and claim resolution services specialise in Subrogated Recoveries, Credit Hire, Commercial Recoveries, Personal ULR, and Non-Standard (RTA) claims such as Public and Occupiers’ Liability. Our mission is clear: to recover the maximum amount of money in the shortest possible time through litigation and dispute resolution.

One of the team’s proudest achievements is helping insurer partners reduce debt positions by tens of millions of pounds within just 6–12 months. By consistently outperforming service-level recovery targets, we’ve earned significant recognition across the industry.
