Personal Injury Discount Rate Increased to 0.5%

The Lord Chancellor has this morning announced to the London Stock Exchange that the Personal Injury Discount Rate will increase to 0.5%.
The increase will take effect from 11 January 2025, and brings England and Wales in-line with the rates set in Scotland and Northern Ireland last year.
