As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for Carpenters Group.
This year, we strengthened our position as a trusted partner to insurers, brokers, and MGAs, delivering exceptional claims solutions while navigating a rapidly evolving market. Our financial performance remained strong, with rising turnover growth and continued investment in technology and people.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication of our colleagues across the UK, whose expertise and commitment underpin everything we do.
Our Legal teams have continued to honour their profession, reacting with a can-do attitude to high volumes and curveballs such as Mazur!
Insurance Services have flexed to welcome new clients and increasing volumes with their commendable adaptability and skill.
Our injury teams have continued to support our clients throughout the year including our Vulnerable client team and our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team, providing a dedicated personal service.
Our Recoveries team continues to grow on the back of delivering exception service to our insurer clients and their customers.
Our Defence team continue to deliver noteworthy cases, plighting the cause of Fraudsters and saving insurers significant funds.
Innovation has always been central to our success. From advancing our digital transformation agenda to embedding ethical AI into our processes, we’ve focused on making claims journeys faster, smarter, and more transparent.
There are too many teams to mention individually, and as anyone in business will know it takes every person in every team to deliver successful results, and I am incredibly proud to lead Team Carpenters - our people are simply the best.
Our long-term partnerships with clients have seen us onboard new expanded services. I have always wanted us to be the go-to safe pair of hands for our clients. When they trust Carpenters to care for their customers it means the world to us, and we take on that responsibility with pride and care.
Community engagement has also remained a priority. Through charitable initiatives and industry collaboration, we’ve worked to make a positive impact beyond our business.
Being able to support Zoe’s Place, The Alzheimer’s Society, The Hive, The Brunny, The Charles Thompson Mission and so many more is a privilege. Not to mention the countless women’s sports clubs such as the Mersey Harps. Port Vale FC and the Liverpool Feds that we have invested in to support social mobility and gender equality via sport.
Looking ahead to 2026, our focus is clear:
- Enhancing client services through continued investment in technology and process improvements.
- Empowering our people with tools, training, and opportunities to thrive.
- Driving sustainable growth while maintaining the values that define us.
Thank you to our clients, partners, and colleagues for your trust and support during 2025. Together, we’ll make 2026 another year of progress and success.
