We have a unique position around Civil Justice Reforms, as a business we see things from both sides; Claimant and Defendant. We have active and regular engagement with the MIB and MOJ as well as wider stakeholders.
This engagement and market standing is further strengthened by our sponsorship of the Insurance Fraud Charter. We collaborate with the Insurance Fraud Bureau, ABI and wider market on key issues such as Google Ad Word Spoofing, leading to engagement at a Parliamentary level to shape future policy.
