Legal Expense Insurance

We are authorised and regulated by the FCA to provide Legal Expense Insurance ("LEI"). Our LEI policy provides your customers with market-leading levels of cover and recovery of all uninsured losses, including personal injury. By developing our own LEI policy we have aligned the provision of LEI and legal services, and these services are in compliance with our FCA regulatory obligations.

Working with a panel of specialist LEI underwriters, the policy also gives your customer access to our legal advice line 24 hours a day and Prosecution Defence cover is available as an optional element of cover. The LEI policy can be white-labelled to your brand, or any trading style, and that branding will be carried through the entire process.
