Debt Recovery Admin Assistant

Birch House - Seacombe
Salary: £20,120
Job Purpose:
You will work alongside the Enforcement team, dealing with general admin duties, as well as chasing and monitoring payments whilst providing a high level of customer service to client’s & sources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring payment plans and ensuring all payments are billed in a timely manner
- Chasing any late and/or outstanding monthly payments
- Providing clients with statements and receipts
- Requesting Judgments from Courts
- Instructing High Court and County Court Bailiffs
- Dealing with internal and external telephone queries
- Monitoring incoming post
- Proactively monitor the teams Court diary
- Provide general admin/clerical support to assist the Enforcement team
Experience and Knowledge:
- An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries, as well as in a team to achieve maximum results
- Be proactive in monitoring workflow tasks
- Good communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
- Good attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities, including external sources
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbally
