Hours of Work: 37 Hours

Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm

Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, will consider flexible variations to core hours

Job Purpose:

Working as part of the Business Delivery Team you will support the business in delivering a portfolio of initiatives. You will work on Projects from inception through to implementation working with our Clients, Operational teams across our Business and IT functions, being the main point of contact for queries relating delivery

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Project/Change Initiatives across the business
  • Ownership and Management of Assigned Project Portfolio
  • Production of Project Status Reports
  • Liaise and report to Project Stakeholders (including clients) regarding queries/updates
  • Ensuring that all the aims and quality standards of the project are met
  • Management of Allocated Project Resource
  • Document & escalate risks to Project Stakeholders
  • Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 10 years + experience
  • Comprehensive track record of client facing project management roles
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing complex projects
  • Delivered Projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies
  • Document creation/maintenance (as per ISO-9001)
  • Project Report Writing
  • Meeting Facilitation
  • Project Risk Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Process Mapping
  • Working Knowledge of Project Lifecycle/SDLC
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
