Employee Recognition Awards - Congratulations!

Last night saw us celebrate our Employee Recognition Awards, huge congratulations to all of those nominated and the winners.

Our annual awards are about celebrating the achievements and hard work of our colleagues who live our values and inspire others.

All colleagues were given the opportunity to nominate a current employee in eight of the nine categories below.

Exceptional Support to Others Award - This colleague is someone who continually goes above and beyond to support their fellow colleagues, provided exceptional support have positively impact those around them.

ESG Award – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - This colleague is committed to making Carpenters Group an inclusive and positive place to be. Actively promotes and supports business initiatives, particularly around diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, retention and development.

ESG Award – Charity & Social - This colleague is committed to making Carpenters Group an inclusive and positive place to be. Actively promotes and supports business initiatives, particularly around charity, engagement and fundraising.

Innovation Award - This colleague will have made a positive contribution to generating new ideas, new processes or ways of working as client and business needs change and work to find solutions to client and/or business challenges – not just technology!

Outstanding Achievement Award - This colleague has made an outstanding impact and immeasurable difference at Carpenters Group this past year. They have proven their value to their peers and received the highest of praises from senior leaders on many occasions
