Carpenters Group are very proud to share our Gender Pay Report 2021 with significant improvement of 8.7% compared to 2020 as we continue to strengthen year on year and lead the way on gender parity.
The gender pay gap is the difference in the average paid to an organisation’s male and female colleagues.
