"I joined Carpenters Group in 2010 aged 19 as FRU agent within the Insurance Services Department. It stood out to me early on, that many of the employees in business had been here for a number of years and I knew in my first 12 months that I wanted to build a career at Carpenters Group."
"Over the next 9 years with the support of the FRU Management Team I spent time learning and working in various roles within the Insurance services Department including AD Claims Handling, Training & Team Manager roles within FNOL & Third Party Claims."
"In 2019, I joined Quality Assurance as the Academy & Audit Manager as combining both my training and team management experience seemed like a perfect fit. Training and Quality Assurance is something I feel extremely passionate about and is an area that continues grow and thrive."

"In 2011, I joined Carpenters having been referred from a friend – I joined the company as a FRU Adviser and after a few years working as an advisor I decided to apply for a more senior role in FRU. I was successful in my application and was given a lot of support within that role which gave me the confidence to apply for an Outbound Team Manager role when this became available."
"I have now been in the Outbound Team Manager role for the past four years. Since being in my team manager role, I have developed great relationships with my peers, team members and my senior management team."
