Here's two great success stories from two of our colleagues, James Hudson & John Wakerley- 

Read James's Story

"I joined FRU in 2012 with little phone experience or knowledge of the industry. Working in the outbound team allowed me to gain this experience and build my confidence in dealing
with clients. During this time, I dealt with capturing information in relation to a client’s personal injury, whilst also dealing with first notification calls on behalf of different insurers.

The skills I have learnt have helped me transition into my current role as a pre-litigation handler in the recoveries department. This involves taking instruction from both clients and
insurers in relation to recovering outstanding costs from third party insurers."

Read John's Story:

"I started at Carpenters Group in September 2017, as part of a new team managed by Sarah Clarkson in Priory house; dealing with Hastings Direct claims and customers.

The skills I had learned in this role helped my decision to progress into the legal department as part of the commercial ULR team in January 2019, dealing with all aspects of Commercial ULR claims; from file setups and pre-litigation, to litigation and settlement."
