We are proud to be supporting National Customer Service Week 2022.

Today focuses on Customer Service Recognition Day and we spoke to Richard Norbury, Head of Quality Assurance, about recognition of customer service.

Carpenters Group recent new arrivals to our Training Academy and our most recent intake of apprentices.

In recognition of them all completing their customer service awareness training they have all received National Customer Service Week water bottles.
